Ashiana Anmol amenities are just marketing fluff

Ashiana Anmol — I'm seriously considering this project for my first home. My budget is around ₹85L for a 2BHK there. I'm honestly not sure if it's genuinely good for daily living or just looks great in brochures. What's the real deal with the amenities; are they actually useful or just for show? Also, how are the maintenance charges? My parents keep saying builders always underquote that. Ab samajh nahi aa raha, should I go for it?

Bhai, ₹85L for a 2BHK there? Ashiana Anmol ka price range toh ₹87L se shuru hota hai. Thoda negotiate karoge kya? Amenities ka toh sab marketing hota hai, asliyat mein kaun use karta hai sab kuch? Maintenance ka toh alag hi rona hota hai baad mein.

Exactly! Mujhe bhi yahi laga. Mera friend Airport Road pe dekh raha tha, usko bhi Ashiana ne same cheezein dikhayi. Maintenance ka toh poora scam
