posted on 5 MayAshiana Anmol for family: What's the real deal?
My wife really wants us to finalise a place before the kids' next school year starts. We're looking at Ashiana Anmol, maybe a 3BHK in Sector 82. Heard good things about their family-friendly vibe, but honestly, what's the construction quality really like after a few years? Any issues with seepage or plaster cracks? Also, are the maintenance charges actually reasonable for a family?

Maintenance charges toh har jagah badhte hi hain, bhai. Aaj jo reasonable lag raha hai, kal wohi pocket pe bhaari padega. Builder bolte kuch hain, karte kuch aur hain.
The Gurugram market is tricky right now, especially with so many new projects popping up. My cousin booked a flat near Airport Road a few years back with a lesser-known builder, and ab tak possession nahi mila hai. Har baar koi naya bahana. Ashiana Anmol might look good on paper, but if the builder has no prior experience, you could be signing up for a lot of headaches. Quality issues like seepage can surface after 2-3 monsoons, and then fixing them becomes a nightmare with an unresponsive builder.
Haan, U6, I also checked, aur Propmyna ke data mein bhi Ashiana Housing Ltd. ke under 'Total projects: 0' hi dikha raha hai. This is a serious concern. It's one thing if they're new to Gurugram, but if they have *zero* projects overall, that's a massive risk for construction quality and timely possession. Buyers should be extremely cautious.
Hey, I actually heard from a colleague that Ashiana Anmol is decent for families, especially the amenities. My friend's sister lives nearby and she said the community feel is great. Maybe the builder is new to this specific segment?
Dekho, community feel toh bahut important hai, no doubt. But for a first-time buyer, construction quality aur builder ka experience matters the most. I cross-checked, and it seems Ashiana Housing Ltd. has literally zero projects listed. Zero! That's a huge red flag, especially when you're putting your life savings into it. Better to be safe and look at established players, even if they're a bit further out, like near Badshahpur.

Bhai, Ashiana Anmol ka naam toh sunne mein accha lagta hai, par ek cheez jo mujhe nervous kar rahi hai woh hai builder ka track record. Maine research kiya, aur Ashiana Housing Ltd. ke baare mein zyada projects ka data nahi mila. First-time buyer hoon, toh thoda darr lagta hai aise builders se.
