Sahi keh rahe ho U1. Mujhe bhi laga tha Ashiana is a big name, especially for family-friendly projects. But is it the same Ashiana known for senior living? This '0 total projects' point that U3 mentioned is making me extremely nervous for sure.
Bhai, Ashiana Housing Ltd. ke toh total projects 0 dikha raha hai RERA pe. Kya ye koi naya builder hai ya koi small entity jo Ashiana ka naam use kar rahi hai? This is very confusing.
Totally relate yaar! Pre-launch offers always look so good on paper and the sales pitch is amazing, but the reality hits hard after you've committed. Ashiana ka naam sunke toh laga tha sab smooth hoga, but your experience is really worrying. Main bhi Airport Road pe ek project dekh raha tha, so this is a major red flag for me.
