Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida Extension. Booked a 2BHK with Ashiana Builders near Dadri last year, thinking I had budgeted well. Now, possession is nearing and suddenly so many extra charges are popping up. Maintenance advance, society formation fees, some PLC adjustments – these weren't clearly detailed in the initial agreement or the all-inclusive price. Honestly, I had no idea builders add so much later. My parents keep saying this is normal, but it feels like a trap. Kitna extra budget rakhna padta hai beyond the property price, registration and stamp duty? Should I even try negotiating these now? Has anyone else faced these hidden costs with Ashiana or other builders here? What did you do?

Bhai, same to same situation with me! I booked a unit in Alpha I Greater Noida with a different builder, and now they're asking for 'IFMS' (Interest Free Maintenance Security) and club membership fees jo pehle kabhi mention nahi kiya tha. It feels like they lure you with a base price and then add everything later. I feel your pain.
