Is Ashiana Le Residency truly comfortable for daily living, not just on paper? My kids have moved out, so we're looking to downsize from our big house. I need something manageable, with good society and an elevator. What are the actual monthly maintenance charges there? Also, how close are good hospitals? Visiting the site, it looked promising, but you never know the real vibe until you live there, right? Any tips on verifying the society's community feel before buying? We're selling our current place soon.

Ashiana Le Residency mein society kaafi active hai. Meri maasi rehti hain wahan. Kids activities, festivals sab celebrate karte hain. Hospitals ke liye Max Vaishali 20-25 mins drive hai, agar traffic na ho. Regarding maintenance, U2 ne jo bola, woh sahi hai, 3.5-4k for 2BHK. But it depends on the size of your unit. Ghaziabad mein abhi market conditions bhi stable hain, it's a good time to buy a completed project.
