Since getting Ashley Estate Floors 7's possession in March, I've seen promised amenities are barely used. Do these 'premium' facilities actually boost resale value or attract tenants, or just marketing hype?

Sahi baat hai yaar. Maintenance charges hi le jaate hain saara profit. Phir kahan se resale value badhegi?
