Bhai, 4.4 Cr for a single floor? Gurugram mein prices peak pe lag rahe hain abhi. Capital appreciation past mein achha hoga, but future ka kya? Mera ek friend ne Badshahpur mein ek independent floor liya tha 2 saal pehle, usko abhi tak koi buyer nahi mil raha. Liquidity ka issue bahut common hai, especially for these high-value, niche properties. Long-term ROI ke liye risk zyada lag raha hai.
