Ashley Estate Floors 10: Daily living is not what it seems.

My loan pre-approval is done, but I'm stuck on Ashley Estate Floors 10. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is different; I see past marketing. Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya sirf paper pe accha lagta hai? Amenities ka real scene kya hai, like club house and kids' play area kitna useful hai? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai? What about actual maintenance costs?
