₹4.60 Cr for Ashley Estate Floors 10, and I just moved in two months back. Honestly, the possession experience was a bit of a rollercoaster. I'm seeing a few finishing issues already, little things that shouldn't be there given the price. Did anyone else who got possession recently notice similar snags? I'm talking about things like plumbing quirks or paint touch-ups. Also, the daily life quality, especially with the ongoing construction noise nearby, is a concern. Is this normal for new projects in Gurugram, or did I just get unlucky with my unit? Curious to hear others' first-hand experience here.
