Ashley Estate Floors 10: Is the premium justified for living?
Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now stuck on Ashley Estate Floors 10. Currently in a 2BHK in Sector 57, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK here. I’ve visited the site, and it looks good on paper, but how’s the actual daily life there? Is it genuinely a good home to live in, or just for show? What about the neighbourhood quality? Are good schools and markets easily accessible, or is everything a trek? And the society vibe… is it friendly for families or does it feel a bit isolated? Paying around ₹4.6 Cr is a big deal, especially since I already have a home loan. I need to know if this premium is justified for the actual living experience and community, not just the perceived value. Has anyone moved in recently? What were your first impressions?
