Ashley Estate Floors 4: My recent move and what I missed
Sohna mein Ashley Estate Floors 4 mein naya shift hua. Site visit pe window frame quality miss kar gaya, abhi se hawa leak hoti hai. Power backup bhi common areas tak limited hai, full flat nahi mila. Investor ke liye yeh chhoti details maintenance aur tenant attraction affect karti hain. Aap log aur kya dekhte ho under-construction site pe?

Yeh toh har dusre project ki kahani hai. Builder ka toh kaam hi hai promises karna, nibhana nahi. Hum buyers ko hi double-triple check karna padta hai.
Next time, site visit pe builder se specifications ka detailed list maango. Har ek fitting, brand, material, sab likhit mein lo. Verbal promises pe mat jao.
Totally agree with the OP. Mera bhi ek experience tha, builder ne promise kiya tha branded fittings, but possession ke time sab local laga diya. Aapne bataya ki aap shift ho gaye ho, toh possession kab mila? Aur ye Ashley Estate Floors 4 ka RERA status kya hai? Iska possession date kya tha as per agreement?
Small projects mein ye risk hamesha rehta hai. Builder ka focus limited units pe hota hai, but sometimes they cut corners badly. Badshahpur mein bhi ek builder ne aise hi kiya tha, 6 units ka project tha, aur sab issues hi issues. Always check builder's past projects, not just the current one.
3.5 Cr for just 4 units? That's a super niche project. But still, for that kind of money, these basic issues are unacceptable. Gurugram market mein ab buyers bhi smart ho gaye hain, aise projects mein investment ka risk bahut high hai, especially with current market conditions.
Ashley Estate Floors 4 project ka status toh COMPLETED hai as per records. Possession date 2023-12-01 thi. Agar OP ko abhi issues aa rahe hain, toh builder ki responsibility hai fix karne ki. Price range ₹3.5 Cr hai, so quality expected thi.

Yaar, ye toh bilkul common problem ho gayi hai. Builders site visit pe sab chamka dete hain, asliyat shift hone ke baad pata chalti hai. Window frames aur power backup, ye sab basic cheezein hain, kaise miss kar jaate hain log? Mera dost bhi similar issue face kar raha hai Dwarka Expressway pe.
Aur bhai, amenities ka kya? Club House, gym, swimming pool, ye sab dikhaate kuch hain, deliver kuch aur karte hain. Ek baar toh maine dekha, swimming pool ka size adha kar diya tha possession ke time! Yeh sab bhi check karna chahiye.
Sahi baat hai bhai. Main toh Airport Road (Gurgaon side) pe ek project dekh raha tha, unhone bhi common area power backup ka gola diya tha. Later pata chala flat mein inverter bhi nahi chalega us backup se. Bahut dhyaan rakhna padta hai.
