What's the real construction quality at Ashley Estate Floors 4 like after a year? I'm in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading, but worried about promised amenities vs. delivered reality. Are maintenance charges justified for green areas and overall upkeep? Is the price jump worth it for long-term living?
