Did anyone else check the actual walking distances to schools near Ashley Estate Floors 4? We found it's quite a trek for kids, brochure claims felt off. Exactly! I felt the same about the school distances. Builders have a way of showing 'aerial distance' on maps but the actual walking path is always longer and more complicated. Totally agree with this point. 3.5 Cr is a massive investment, especially for first-timers like us. No room for such basic misrepresentations.
