Are the security systems at Ashley Estate Floors 4 actually robust, or just for show? I'm looking at it for investment, and honestly, good security drives tenant attraction and affects long-term resale value more than any clubhouse. I know what builders don't tell you. What's the real ground reality with CCTV coverage, visitor management, and guard quality there? Everyone glorifies amenities, but nobody talks about actual safety.
