Ashley Estate Floors 7? Bhai, 3.7 Cr mein sirf 4 units? Society vibe toh bhool hi jao, yeh independent floor projects hote hain. Maintenance ka pura burden aap pe aayega, aur uske liye koi dedicated team bhi nahi hoti. Hospital proximity theek hai, but is price point pe aur options bhi dekhne chahiye Gurugram mein. Kya aapne RERA details check kiye hain for any red flags?
