Been looking for months since the kids moved out and I'm selling our big house. Ashley Estate Floors 7 in Gurgaon keeps coming up, priced around ₹3.70 Cr. We don't need a huge place, just something manageable with good build quality for long-term living. For those actually residing there, how efficient are the floor plans really? Are they practical for an older couple, or do they just look good on paper? Also, what's the actual word on maintenance charges? We want something genuinely low-hassle. And is it easy to get to good hospitals from there? I'm honestly not sure if it's worth this much for a completed project. What do current residents think about the daily living experience and overall quality after possession?
