Ashley Estate Floors 7: Post-possession thoughts & questions

Did anyone else feel the possession process for Ashley Estate Floors 7 was a bit... different? We just got our keys last month, and honestly, kuch cheezein nobody told me about until moving in. Like, the community vibe seems a bit quiet, yaar. Not sure if it's just us or if it takes time for people to connect. Is it genuinely a good place to live daily, or just looks good on paper? I'm finding the daily conveniences are okay, but I'm curious about others' first-hand experiences. What was your possession journey like? Anything you wish you'd known earlier about the actual livability versus what the brochure showed? Should I expect the society to get more active, matlab?
