Ashley Estate: My long-term investment dilemma
After getting possession of my 3BHK in Ashley Estate Floors 4 back in March, I'm now thinking about the investment side. Paid around ₹3.50 Cr, and honestly, I'm wondering about the actual rental yield. Kya lagta hai, kitna rent mil sakta hai monthly? Also, the resale market feels a bit slow. Is there enough demand for these floors long-term? I'm seeing quite a few vacant flats still, which makes me think maybe investor ratio kaafi high hai. Don't want to end up in a 'ghost society' down the line. What's the community's view on its liquidity and future capital appreciation? Koi yahan se exit plan kar raha hai?
