Ashley Estate power backup is a letdown

Is the power backup in Ashley Estate Floors 4 actually full flat or just common areas? Just moved in a couple months back, and the electricity cuts are frequent. Was really hoping for proper backup inside the flat, but it feels like it's mostly for lifts and common lights. Also, noticing some minor wall cracks already, which is concerning. Anyone else facing this? Should I raise a complaint now or wait a bit?
