ASK Developers: Construction-linked plan is a total trap!

I'm pulling my hair out. ASK Developers promised possession by Dec 2025 in Goyal Colony, but abhi tak toh foundation bhi complete nahi hua hai! They're still demanding EMIs based on the construction-linked plan. My bank is saying I have no choice but to pay! Honestly not sure if this 'plan' is legal. Kisi aur ka bhi same experience hai? What did you do?
