Aspiration Gurgaon: Good for daily living or just on paper?
My current 2BHK in Sector 57 feels too cramped now, so I'm seriously thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. I'm looking at Aspiration, the ongoing project. The ₹2.91 Cr–₹3.29 Cr price point is a big jump for me. Is it genuinely good for daily living, or does it just look good on paper? For those who've taken possession, what was the actual experience like? Any hidden issues after moving in? What about noise levels and air quality? Is the premium justified for a real home, or just a fancy address?

Aspiration is in a good growth corridor, but the price is definitely on the higher side for an ongoing project. My cousin booked a 3BHK in a completed project in Baharampur Naya for less than this a year ago. Daily living depends a lot on connectivity. How far is it from schools and hospitals? And what about water supply issues, common in some parts of Gurgaon?
U9, my biggest concern with ongoing projects like Aspiration is always the hidden costs. The 2.9-3.3 Cr is just the base price. Stamp duty, registration, maintenance charges, club membership, parking, power backup installation... it all adds up. By the time you get possession, you're looking at much more. Have you factored all that in, U1?
U9, you're right about connectivity. I checked, Aspiration is fairly well-connected to the main Gurgaon roads, but traffic can be a nightmare. Schools and hospitals are there, but again, depends on the specific ones you're targeting. Water supply is a general Gurgaon problem, so definitely ask the builder about their provisions, like borewells or municipal supply. Don't just take their word for it.
I've heard mixed reviews about Aspiration. Some say the amenities are top-notch, but others complain about the builder's after-sales service for their previous projects. For 3 Cr, you expect a smooth experience, right? This is our life savings we're talking about. Is anyone actually living there or know someone who has moved in?
I visited Aspiration last month. The location is decent, but the construction pace didn't seem super fast to me. They have 327 units, so managing that many in such a short time for possession seems ambitious. Air quality in Gurgaon is a general concern, not just for Aspiration. Noise levels depend on which side your flat faces, and if it's near a main road. Did anyone check the actual carpet area vs. super built-up?
U5, I also visited. The sales team was very pushy about how fast it's selling. They said June 2024 possession is firm. But seeing how many projects get delayed, I'm skeptical. For noise, yes, that's a big factor. If it's near a highway, forget peace and quiet. Did anyone speak to existing residents in nearby societies about the general area issues?
U5, you hit the nail on the head with carpet area! That's where builders often play tricks. I always insist on seeing the RERA approved carpet area. For Aspiration, I heard it's around 1400-1500 sq ft for a 3BHK, which for 3 Cr is quite high. Plus, the current market is a bit volatile, so overpaying now could be a problem later.
Bhai, Aspiration ka naam toh suna hai, but 3 Cr+ for an ongoing project sounds very steep, especially for a first-time upgrade. Are you sure about the builder's track record? I'm also looking for a 3BHK and this price range makes me super nervous. Kya itna paisa dalna worth it hai?
U2, exactly my thoughts! I saw the project, it looks good in the brochures, but that's always the case. The possession date is 2024-06-01, which is very soon for an ongoing project to finish properly. I'm worried about the quality if they rush it. Any other options you guys are considering in this budget, maybe closer to Airport Road?
Totally agree, U2! ₹2.9 Cr for an ongoing project is a massive risk. My friend booked in another project near Badshahpur and the possession got delayed by almost two years. Aspiration ka RERA number toh GGM/655/387/2022/130 hai, but doesn't guarantee timely delivery. Builder ka naam kya hai, U1? That matters a lot.
