Naturally, investors hi aayenge jinhe rental yield ya quick appreciation chahiye. Total units 327 hain, agar 50% bhi investor-owned ho gaye, toh after possession date (2024-06-01), societies will feel empty. I've seen this happen near Airport Road projects in Gurgaon.
