Agar schools ki baat karein, toh Baharampur Naya side bhi kuch options hain, but then travel badh jaata hai. It's a trade-off between location and internal amenities. Daily life is decent if you manage expectations about the amenities.

Badshahpur se connectivity theek hai, but peak hours mein traffic milta hai. Schools nearby hain like DPS, Amity, but admission competitive hai. Parks society ke andar toh hain, but public parks nearby for kids are not that great, you'd need to drive.
Assotech Orion ka RERA number HRERA 660/2017/307 hai aur possession 2020-12-01 ka dikha raha hai. Toh technically completed hai. But mere ek friend ka experience Assotech ke saath accha nahi raha tha, delays the. Kya yahan bhi kuch issues the construction quality ya maintenance mein? Kids ke playground aur pool ki condition kaisi hai abhi?
Haan, main bhi agree karta hoon. Mere cousin lives there. Unhone bataya ki initially sab theek tha but past year mein maintenance thoda loose ho gaya hai. Plus, society meetings mein residents aur management ke beech kaafi issues rehte hain for funds utilization. Kids ke liye internal activities kam hain, mostly rely on external options.

Bhai, quality toh theek hai, but maintenance charges kaafi high hain. Aur security ka issue thoda rehta hai. Kids ke liye play area hai but it's not very big, aur pool ki condition average hai, needs better upkeep.
