Assotech Orion Tower 3BHK: Real space & neighbourhood check
My wife and I are finally serious about upgrading to a 3BHK in Gurgaon, our kids are growing up fast and we need more space. We've been looking at Assotech Orion Tower in Sector 65, it seems promising on paper, and it's completed which is a big plus. But I'm a bit concerned about the actual carpet area efficiency. Do the 3BHKs feel spacious enough for a family of four, especially with the kids needing their own zones? Sometimes floor plans look great but the real space feels cramped, you know? Also, how's the immediate neighbourhood? We need good schools nearby for the kids' admissions next year, and general daily convenience like markets and a decent hospital. Is it really safe for children to play around the society? Any current residents can share their experience on the layout and overall livability, especially with young ones?
