Has anyone actually seen good ROI on ATFL's construction-linked plans? I'm skeptical. Sector 62 mein rent vs EMI, which makes more sense now? Honestly not sure if buying under construction is worth the headache. Kya kisi ko pata hai builder ka track record sahi se?
