Okay I'll be honest — I completely underestimated the headache of hidden charges, even in a completed project. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 78 and was planning to upgrade to a 3BHK in ATFL Defence County. My budget was around ₹70L, and I already have a home loan. Brochure mein jo amenities dikhayi thi, like the 'state-of-the-art gym' and 'clubhouse', they're either half-baked or extra charge kar rahe hain. Society maintenance charges bhi initial quote se kaafi upar hain. Matlab, is the price jump really worth it for these issues? I'm feeling quite frustrated about the total cost increasing post-possession. Did anyone else face similar unexpected costs or amenity issues after getting possession at ATFL Defence County? How did you handle it?
