ATFL Defence County ki pricing overall value for money nahi hai?

JMD Vinayak Heights mein carpet area efficiency ATFL Defence County se better hai kya? I'm looking at both projects, dono completed hain Noida mein. My budget is around ₹45-50L. ATFL ka price range thoda zyada lag raha, but JMD seems compact. Total cost of ownership mein kya difference aayega with stamp duty, registration? Aur resale value mein kaunsa project better perform karega 5 saal mein? Honestly, samajh nahi aa raha which one to pick for a first home. Koi experience share karega?
