Bhai, amenities toh har project mein dikhaate hain brochure pe. Real mein kitna maintain hota hai, wohi asli baat hai. ATFL ka track record kuch khaas nahi suna maine for post-possession maintenance. Family ke liye toh khaas karke check karna padta hai.
Totally agree! Mere ek dost ne bhi ek project mein liya tha, play area bas naam ka hai. Builder maintenance ke liye bas paise lete hain aur phir RWA ko pakda dete hain.
