Yaar, 2014 ka project hai? Thoda purana nahi ho gaya? Builders ka record dekho, bohot delay karte hain. Mujhe toh darr lagta hai. Kya pata abhi tak possession bhi na mila ho. ROI toh bhool hi jao agar itna late ho.
Sahi baat hai, U2. Builders pe trust karna mushkil hai. Even if possession is given, sometimes quality issues pop up after a few years. Market conditions bhi abhi thodi uncertain lag rahi hain, especially for properties far from city centers.

Dekho bhai, ATS ka track record toh theek hai. Noida mein inke projects chalte hain. Allure ka possession 2021-03-01 ko mil gaya tha, I confirmed it with a friend who lives nearby. So, no major delay issues there.
