ATS and Godrej quality isn't what it used to be

My landlord just hiked the rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge to buy in Greater Noida. Everyone glorifies ATS and Godrej for quality, but honestly, I'm hearing mixed reviews about their newer projects in Noida Extension. Are they really worth the premium? I'm worried about actual construction quality – plaster cracks, finishing issues. What about hidden costs like PLC, EDC at possession? Are Gaursons or ACE Group any better for end-users, or just more budget-friendly? Change my mind if I'm wrong.
