Since last summer, we've been seriously looking for a 3BHK in Noida Extension for the kids. Godrej, ATS, Gaursons ke projects dekhe hain. My wife is worried about construction quality – plaster cracks, seepage issues. Is Godrej really better than ATS or Gaursons post-possession? Also, unka customer support kaisa hai? Any actual experiences with their after-sales service?

Bhai, ATS ka toh sunke hi darr lagta hai. Mere ek cousin ne Ajayabpur mein property li thi, possession ke 6 mahine baad hi bathrooms mein seepage shuru ho gayi. Unki after-sales team ne pura 3 mahine laga diye the resolve karne mein. Godrej is definitely better on that front, at least reputation-wise.
Sahi kaha bhai! My friend also faced similar issues with ATS in Greater Noida West. Finishing work bahut poor tha.
