ATS construction quality is not worth the premium.

Visited Godrej and ATS projects in Greater Noida West last weekend. I'm currently in a 2BHK near Sector 137, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Godrej ka delivery track record acha lag raha hai, but ATS ki construction quality better suni hai. Is the premium for ATS really worth it for an end-user? Already have a home loan, so EMI is a big concern.
