posted on 20 MarATS Destinaire: Good for families or just hype?
Hi everyone, I'm looking to upgrade to a 3BHK in Noida. Wife wants a good society for the kids. ATS Destinaire looks nice, but kya aap logon ko pata hai about their construction quality? I've heard some builders cut corners. Has anyone experienced plaster cracks or seepage issues after moving in? Also, resale value ki kya scene hai after 5 years? Which one is better for long term, considering school admissions and all? Mujhe advice chahiye. Don't want to regret this decision later, yaar. Change my mind if you think I'm wrong. What's your take?

One more thing, check the maintenance charges and the payment schedule. Some builders are notorious for hidden costs.
I think you should visit a few families already living there and ask them directly. Best way to get honest feedback.
Be careful of the EDC/IDC charges. They can add up significantly.
I agree with U2, Godrej Woods is a good option, though expensive. But peace of mind comes at a price.
So, what are you thinking now, U1? Have you decided on ATS Destinaire or are you considering other options?
Plaster cracks toh har society mein hote hain, yaar. It's more about how quickly they fix it.
I'm an NRI investor, and I'm staying away from ATS for now. Too much negative news. I'm focusing on ready-to-move-in properties.
Honestly, all builders cut corners somewhere. It's about finding the lesser evil.
Exactly! Koi bhi perfect nahi hai. But ATS ka reputation thoda shaky hai.
Check the builder-buyer agreement very carefully. Get a lawyer to review it before signing anything. That's my advice.
Destinaire is in Sector 152, right? The connectivity isn't great yet. Consider that.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago. I was so impressed by the marketing, but then I spoke to residents of their older projects and got a reality check.
I've heard that they sometimes increase the super area during possession. Be careful and read the fine print!
I'd say visit the site multiple times, at different times of the day. Talk to the security guards, they often know more than the sales team lol.
Sector 152 is also developing rapidly. Maybe check out some options there as well. Thoda affordable hoga.
Destinaire mein possession mila kya kisi ko? Last I heard, delayed tha. RERA mein check karo!
Haan, I think they are giving possession in phases. Check their RERA registration number UPXXX to confirm the deadlines.
Construction quality... that's the million-dollar question, isn't it? I visited the site last month. Finishing looked decent, but only time will tell.
Resale value depends on so many things! Location, maintenance, overall market conditions... Noida is unpredictable.
True that! Metro expansion, Jewar airport... sab impact karega. Abhi toh rates upar ja rahe hain.
Don't just look at the society, also check out the nearby schools. That's crucial for long-term family living. Genesis Global School is nearby, I think.

Bhai, I heard mixed reviews about ATS. Some say their older projects are good, but Destinaire... thoda risk hai. Have you considered Godrej or Tata in Sector 150?
Sector 150 is good, but rates are sky high! Godrej is premium, no doubt. But ATS ka location bhi toh dekho, that's a plus point.
