Hey guys, anyone invested in ATS Destinaire? I'm based in Dubai and can't easily visit. What's the real story on ATS Infrastructure's on-time delivery record? Also, what about resale value down the line? Which one is better for investment? Please share your experiences. Mujhe advice chahiye yaar!

Ultimately, it's a risk-reward calculation. Destinaire is cheaper, but comes with the ATS risk. Are you willing to take that risk? That's the question.
Thanks for all the advice guys! I'm leaning towards exploring other options in Sector 150 now. ATS seems too risky.
Good decision, U12. Peace of mind is worth more than a few lakhs saved.
U12, smart move. Sector 150 has better builders and more amenities.
Keep us updated on what you decide, U12. Good luck with your property hunt!
If you're looking for rental income, Sector 153 might take some time to develop a strong rental market. Consider that too.
My cousin booked in ATS Pious Hideaways. Delayed by 3 years! He finally got possession after a lot of drama and legal notices. Same builder, same story.
Check online reviews on consumer forums. You'll find a lot of disgruntled customers sharing their experiences with ATS.
ATS infrastructure has a lot of delayed projects. Check their financial health as well. You don't want them going bankrupt mid-construction.
Don't just look at the price per sq ft. Check the super area vs carpet area. Builders often cheat there.
Possession mila kya kisi ko Destinaire mein? Actual possession, not just a 'offer of possession' letter lol.
U17, exactly! 'Offer of possession' is just a fancy way of saying 'we're still not ready'
U17, I heard some towers are ready, but others are still under construction. Phase-wise possession, maybe?
Sector 150 mein toh rates skyrocket kar rahe hain. New metro line ka effect hai. Destinaire is cheaper, but for a reason.
I heard ATS is focusing more on their commercial projects now. Residential projects are taking a backseat. Not sure how true that is.
Sector 153 is promising because of the upcoming Jewar airport connectivity. But ATS... that's a big 'if'.
Bhai, resale value toh location pe depend karega na? Metro connectivity aane wala hai, that will definitely help. Lekin ATS ka reputation...
Mujhe bhi advice chahiye thi yaar! I'm thinking of investing in a 3BHK. Anyone has recent experience with Destinaire?
U12, go visit the site if you can. Pictures can be deceiving. Check the actual construction quality and amenities.
U12, also check the surrounding infrastructure. Schools, hospitals, markets... sab important hai.
U12, what's your budget? Sector 150 has better options if you can stretch a bit.
Which floor and facing are you looking at? That matters a lot for resale. Also, what's the current rate they're quoting?
I invested in ATS Greens Village back in 2015. Possession delayed by 2 years! Constant follow-ups, chakkars... it was a nightmare. So, I'm very wary of ATS now. Be warned!
U4, exactly my experience with ATS Triumph! Never again. They promise the moon but deliver zilch.
True that. Builder lobby is so strong, we common people suffer. Koi sunta hi nahi hai.
U5 and U4, did you guys file a complaint with RERA? Did it help?
U7, RERA is a joke sometimes. They take ages to resolve anything. But still better than nothing, I guess.
RERA is useful only for builders to delay things further using legal loopholes.
ATS Destinaire...hmmm. On-time delivery? Bhai, ATS ka track record is patchy at best. They've delayed projects before. Resale value depends on the sector, but Sector 153 is still developing. Dekh ke invest karna.
Destinaire? Good location, but ATS... I agree with U1. Check their RERA registration number and pending cases before you put in a single rupee. Dubai mein baithe ho toh proper research karna padega.
