Yaar, I'm finally taking the plunge and buying a place in Noida. Fed up of renting, you know? 10 saal rent waste kiya. ATS Destinaire is looking good. But what's the real construction quality like? Kisi ne experience kiya hai? I heard their on-time delivery isn't great. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? Mujhe advice chahiye! EMI vs rent math kar raha hoon.

Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. At this point, I'm just laughing to keep from crying.
Check amenities completion before booking. I made that mistake in my previous property. Gym and swimming pool are still 'under construction' after 5 years!
Don't just go by the sample flat. Woh toh sab sajake rakhte hain. Site pe jaake dekho, actual construction quality dekho.

Last I heard, Phase 1 is delayed by at least 6 months. Phase 2... Bhagwan bharose.

Sector 150 mein prices are crazy right now. New metro line ka effect hai. Everything is going up.
Hidden charges toh pakka milenge. They'll try to squeeze you for parking, club membership, maintenance deposit... sab kuch. Negotiate hard at the time of booking.
Destinaire... Sector 152, right? Good location, near Jewar airport connectivity future mein achi hogi. But ATS ka reputation... hmmm.
Airport connectivity is a big plus, but is it worth the risk with ATS? That's the question.
RERA registration number check karo. Aur agreement carefully padhna. Small print mein hi khel karte hain yeh log.
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder. They promised the moon, but delivered a crater!
