ATS Destinaire sahi hai ya nahi?

I'm looking at ATS Destinaire, but heard mixed reviews about ATS Infrastructure's on-time delivery. Anyone faced delays? I've seen that pattern before with other builders, bhai. Also, what about hidden charges at possession? PLC and all. Investment ke liye dekh raha hoon, so resale value matters. Which one gives better ROI 5 years down the line, ATS or someone else? Mujhe advice chahiye, yaar. What do you think?
