ATS Destinaire vs. other builders - worth the premium?

Guys, I'm thinking of upgrading from my 2BHK in Sector 75. Been eyeing ATS Destinaire, but the price jump is significant. Has anyone actually lived in an ATS project? What's the real construction quality like after a few years? I've heard mixed reviews about plaster cracks and seepage. Also, kya aap logon ko pata hai how ATS handles RWA formation? Do they actually hand over control or keep pulling strings? Already have a home loan, so bank approvals aren't a big deal, but is the extra cost worth it for ATS, or should I look at other builders? Mujhe advice chahiye yaar. What do you think?
