ATS Destinaire: worth it or not?

Hi everyone, I'm finally taking the plunge and buying a place in Noida. Fed up of renting, yaar! Been looking at ATS Destinaire. What do you think of their construction quality? Has anyone experienced hidden charges at possession with ATS? Also, how’s their customer support after booking? Mujhe advice chahiye. Is it worth investing in ATS or should I explore other options? Any thoughts?
