Just moved into ATS Destinaire. Amenities promised vs delivered? I'm seeing a gap. Also, has anyone experienced hidden charges? I heard ATS is good, but possession was a surprise. The maintenance deposit felt high, yaar. Construction quality seems okay so far, but plaster cracks are already visible. What's your take? Should I have considered another builder? Need advice! What do you think?

Should you have considered another builder? It's too late for that now. Focus on getting the builder to fix the issues and escalate to RERA if necessary.
So, U1, what's the final verdict? Would you recommend ATS Destinaire or not? Need to know for my friend who's considering buying there.
Which floor are you on, U1? And is it a corner unit? Corner units tend to have more issues with dampness and cracks.
New metro line is coming up nearby, right? That should improve connectivity in the future.
Check amenities completion before booking. I made that mistake in my last purchase. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol.
Honestly, with rising interest rates and property prices, buying now is a big risk. Renting seems better for now.
Be careful - ATS has 3 delayed projects in Greater Noida West. Do your homework before escalating the issue.
Maintenance deposit they are asking for is almost 3 lakhs! That's insane, no? Amenities are not fully ready either - clubhouse is still under construction.
3 lakhs! That's daylight robbery. File a complaint with RERA immediately.
RERA complaints take forever to resolve though. It's a long process.
I bought in Sector 150 three years ago. Back then, it was all fields. Now, it's a concrete jungle. But the value has appreciated significantly.
Appreciation toh hui hai, but living here is still a pain with all the construction going on.
What's the possession status for others in your tower? Maybe it's a specific problem with your unit?
Good point! Check with your neighbors, U1. Maybe you can file a joint complaint if it's a common issue.
Possession mila kya, U1? Date extend toh nahi kiya builder ne?
Construction quality is a major concern these days. Rising material costs mean builders are cutting corners, I think.
Sector 150 ka avg rate 7k/sqft hai abhi. Did you compare the price to other projects in the area before buying?
Sector 152 is developing fast, but Destinaire is a bit inside. Is the connectivity okay? Metro station door hai kya?
I heard the same thing about hidden charges. My friend booked in ATS Greens Village and faced similar issues. Always read the fine print!
Haan yaar, fine print is the killer. Lawyers bhi kuch nahi karte!
ATS Greens Village is much older though. Destinaire is relatively new, right?
Mera bhi same experience tha 2 years ago with another builder in Sector 75. Promises, promises, and then reality hits you hard. I regret not doing more research.
Exactly, that's why I'm hesitant about buying in Noida. So much construction still going on.
Sector 75 toh abhi bhi construction zone bana hua hai. Dust everywhere!
Arre yaar, ATS Destinaire ka toh naam hi suna tha. Amenities mein gap? That's a big letdown. Maintenance deposit kitna le rahe hain?
Bhai, plaster cracks toh starting mein hi aa gaye? That's not a good sign at all. Which tower are you in? I was considering investing there.
ATS is usually good, but maybe this project had issues. I'd suggest checking the RERA registration number on their website and see if there are any complaints against them.
Maintenance deposit is high everywhere these days. They all loot us, yaar. But cracks so soon is worrying. Did you get it inspected before possession?
U4, even if you inspect, they'll do some cosmetic changes and hand it over. Fighting them later is a headache.
Exactly! Noida mein yahi problem hai. Builders are taking us for a ride.
Inspection is key! I always get a professional building inspector. Costs money, but worth it in the long run.
