Almost two years later, I'm still eyeing ATS Dolce. Based in Dubai, so no site visits for me. For ₹1.8 Cr, what's the capital appreciation like? What's the investor-to-end-user ratio? Worried about resale liquidity if it's mostly investors. Any ground reality checks on its secondary market?

Yaar, ATS Dolce ka resale market sach mein tricky hai. Bahut log investor hi hain wahan, especially agar aap 1.8 Cr ki range mein dekh rahe ho. Liquidity issue toh pakka hai.
Absolutely! Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera cousin also checked out ATS projects near Ajayabpur, aur wahan bhi yahi feedback mila tha ki resale mein time lagta hai. People want fresh bookings, not secondary market flats at premium.
