ATS Dolce, sab bolte hain great investment hai. But what's the *real* rental yield yahan? I'm in Dubai, can't do site visits. Everyone glorifies appreciation, but no one talks about actual monthly income. Is it even 3%? Aur resale market kitna liquid hai? Concerned about ghost society. Change my mind.

Totally agree with you! NRI investment is tough without clear rental info. We need real numbers, not just glossy brochures.
