Found this video on ATS Happy Trails in Noida Extension Sector-10. Looks decent, and they mention it's G+27 floors. But I'm worried about delays, as always. Anyone have experience with ATS projects and their delivery timelines? Are they usually on schedule, or should I expect a wait? The video didn't really focus on the construction stage, so it's hard to tell. What's your gut feeling based on other projects in Noida?
