ATS hidden charges are a joke – nobody tells you this!

Just moved into my ATS flat in Sector 150 last month, and honestly, I'm kinda regretting it. Everyone glorifies ATS for their build quality, but nobody talks about the insane hidden charges at possession. My final bill had so many extra costs – PLC, EDC, maintenance deposit, registry – it added almost ₹5 lakh more than expected. Matlab, brochure price toh bas starting point tha. Honestly not sure if this is normal ya ATS ka hi scene hai. My friend bought in a Gaursons project near Char Murti circle and unka experience kaafi better tha, hidden charges bahut kam the. And for all the hype, even ATS has minor finishing issues, like small cracks near windows. Not sure if Godrej ya Mahagun projects mein bhi same scene hai. Are all builders like this in Noida Extension? Change my mind.
