ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards: Are promises actually delivered?

Kids have moved out, so selling our old place. Visited ATS Homekraft Pious Orchards. Looks decent, but on-time delivery worries me. Anyone had experience with ATS vs Amrapali, especially with possession delays? Heard Amrapali Crystal Homes still has issues. Honestly not sure who to trust. Also, resale of my existing property is important, so which one gives better resale in 5 years? Want something manageable near a hospital.
