ATS Infrastructure: How's their track record lately?
Came across this video showing a 3300 sqft 4 BHK at ATS Kingston Heath in Sector 150 Noida. The flat looks really premium from the tour, great finishes and space. I'm interested in the project, but I'm honestly not sure about ATS as a builder. Has anyone here bought from ATS Infrastructure before? What's your experience been with their construction quality or possession delays? Just curious about their past projects.

Look, ATS has been around since 1998, they're not some fly-by-night operator. They have delivered many successful projects, especially in Noida where their HQ is. Yes, some projects faced delays, which is common in Indian real estate. But their quality is usually above average. For Kingston Heath, with a 2026 possession, it's still early. Just make sure all clauses are clear in the agreement. Don't get swayed by just one or two negative stories.
I almost booked with ATS a few years back, but then got cold feet after hearing about a friend's experience with a builder in Ghaziabad. He got stuck for years. With 479 total units in Kingston Heath, that's a lot of potential buyers if things go south. I'm just nervous about any builder, to be honest. The video looks good, but what about the ground reality?
Sahi baat hai, ground reality check bahut zaroori hai. Try to visit the site, talk to people working there if possible, and check out other ATS projects that are near completion or recently delivered. That gives a better picture.
Exactly my fear! Videos and brochures are one thing, actual delivery is another. And with such a big investment, you can't afford to take risks. I'd rather pay a bit more for a ready-to-move property than deal with indefinite delays.
ATS has a reputation for good design and construction quality, no doubt. But their older projects have faced issues. I remember some initial quality concerns in one of their Alistonia Estate projects, though they were eventually resolved. You need to do proper due diligence on the specific project, not just the builder's overall name.
Wow, 3300 sqft! Sounds massive. The price range is ₹4.0 Cr – ₹5.6 Cr though, that's a huge budget. For a first-time buyer like me, it feels a bit out of reach. Is this typical for Sector 150 now? I was looking at something more in the Alpha II area.
Absolutely, 4 Cr se 5.6 Cr is a big jump for a first home. Current market conditions in Noida, especially in prime sectors, are pushing prices up. You might find better value in areas closer to Ajayabpur if you're looking for something less premium.
Haan bhai, Sector 150 is getting super premium. Builders wahan high-end stuff hi bana rahe hain. That price range is definitely for luxury. Alpha II will be more affordable but maybe not with these kind of amenities.

Quality toh theek hai, but yaar possession dates ka kya? ATS ka track record dekh lo, bahut projects mein late hue hain. Mere dost ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein ATS ka project liya tha, 2 saal late mila use.
Bhai, ATS ki quality to generally achhi hoti hai. Maine suna hai Kingston Heath ka design bhi top-notch hai. But haan, delays ka sunte rehte hain.
