Guys, I'm based in Dubai and looking to invest in Noida. ATS Destinaire mein investment ka kya scene hai? On-time delivery track record kaisa hai? Heard some builders delay projects a lot. Since I can't visit for site inspection, anyone faced hidden charges at possession with ATS? Mujhe advice chahiye. Also, resale value after 5 years, kya lagta hai? Will need a property manager later, so rental potential bhi batao. Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

Currently, property prices are rising in Noida. So, delay might cost you more. But due diligence is key!

Don't just look at the price per sq ft. Check the carpet area vs the super area. Builders are notorious for inflating the super area.
I live in Sector 75. Noida is great, but be prepared for builder delays and unexpected costs. It's part of the package!
Rental potential Sector 152 mein is decent. You can expect around 25-30k for a 3BHK, depending on the furnishings and the view. Property manager toh mil jayenge easily.
Hidden charges toh definitely honge. Read the fine print of the agreement CAREFULLY. Lawyer se review karwa lena.
Kya rate quote kar rahe hain aapko? Sector 150 mein around 7000-7500 per sq ft chal raha hai. Compare karo.
