ATS Destinaire ka possession experience kaisa hai? Heard mixed reviews about on-time delivery. ATS Infrastructure ka RERA compliance track record kya hai, bhai? I'm thinking of investing, but thoda dar lag raha hai. What's the real carpet area vs advertised super area in their projects? Any hidden charges at possession? Mujhe advice chahiye. Has anyone faced delays? Kya aap logon ko pata hai?

ATS Destinaire mein, what are the amenities actually completed and functional? Swimming pool, clubhouse, sports facilities... sach batao!
Amenities toh possession ke baad bhi incomplete rehte hain. Check before you book! I made that mistake once.
RERA compliance is a joke. Builders find loopholes. Don't just rely on RERA registration. Visit the site, talk to existing residents.
Does anyone know the current circle rate in Sector 152 near ATS Destinaire? I'm trying to calculate stamp duty.
U9, Circle rate toh kam hi hota hai market rate se. Check online, but expect to pay more. Market rate in 152 is around 6500-7000 per sq ft.

I booked a flat in ATS Pious Hideaways. They promised possession by 2023 end. Abhi tak toh kuch nahi hua. Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol

Hidden charges se bachne ka ek hi tareeka hai - read the fine print! Lawyer se check karwao agreement before signing. I invested in ATS Greens Village 2 years ago, and they tried to sneak in parking charges later. Fight karna pada.

U5, Greens Village is in Sector 93A. Good connectivity but can get crowded.
U6, Sector 93A is becoming quite expensive now because of the metro extension.
