Guys, ATS Destinaire mein invest karna sahi rahega? I'm hearing mixed reviews about on-time delivery. Has anyone experienced major delays with them? Construction quality kaisi hai actually? Plaster cracks toh nahi aate na? Also, resale value kya expect kar sakte hain 5 saal baad? I've seen some projects with low ROI. Change my mind. Or tell me your experience. I need advice, yaar!

Be careful — ATS has 3 delayed projects in Noida already. Do thorough due diligence before investing your hard-earned money.

U3, cracks toh almost har builder ke saath problem hai Noida mein. It depends on the maintenance afterwards also. But ATS is generally considered better than some of the smaller players.

U4, I agree. My friend bought in ATS Greens Village and he didn't have any major issues with cracks. Minor ones, but nothing alarming.
