I'm fed up of renting, yaar. Finally taking the plunge in Noida. ATS Destinaire dekha. What's the real deal with their construction quality? Kisi ne experience kiya hai plaster cracks wagera? And on-time delivery ka kya scene hai? Mujhe advice chahiye, bhaiyon! EMI vs rent math toh fit baith raha hai.

Be careful - ATS has like 3 projects in Noida with significant delays. Check RERA records before putting down any money.
Ultimately, it depends on your risk appetite. If you're okay with potential delays, ATS Destinaire could be a good option. But if you need immediate possession, look elsewhere.
Anyone knows the current possession status for ATS Destinaire Tower D?
Tower D? Last I heard, it was delayed by at least 6 months. But things might have changed. Check the RERA website.
Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Welcome to Noida real estate!
Overall, ATS is decent, but be prepared for potential delays. Do your due diligence.
Did you finalize anything yet, OP? Which floor plan did you like?
Sector 150 mein rate kya chal raha hai aaj kal? Anyone has any idea? Thinking of investing.
U17, Sector 150 is booming. Avg rate is around 7k-8k per sq ft. Depends on the project and the amenities.
7k-8k? Woh toh bahut zyada hai! I remember it was around 5k just last year.
I'd say, visit the site, talk to existing residents, and do your homework. Don't just rely on online reviews. Aur haan, RERA registration number zaroor check karna!
One thing I learned the hard way: Check amenities completion before booking. The brochure showed a swimming pool and a clubhouse, but they were still under construction when I got possession.
EMI vs rent is a personal decision, but remember property tax in Noida is high, plus maintenance etc. Factor it all in.
Bhaiyon, market is HOT right now. Property prices are soaring. If you're serious about buying, don't wait too long. Especially in Noida Extension.
ATS Infrastructure - sahi hai yaa bas hype? It's a mix of both, I think. Their older projects are better maintained than the newer ones, in my opinion.
Don't just look at ATS, explore other options too. There are many good builders in Noida Extension offering similar properties at competitive prices. Check out Godrej, for example.
Mere relative ne Destinaire mein book kiya tha 2 years ago. Abhi tak possession nahi mila. He's super frustrated.
Hype toh hai, definitely. ATS ka naam hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. I'd suggest visiting the site multiple times, different times of the day, to get a feel for the construction progress.
Destinaire is in Sector 153, right? That area is developing fast because of the Jewar airport. But connectivity abhi bhi issue hai. Metro kab tak aayega pata nahi.
Exactly! Connectivity is key. I invested in Sector 75 near the metro station. Worth paying a bit extra for the convenience.
U6, Jewar airport ka naam sunke toh sab pagal ho rahe hain. But bhai, ground reality check karo. It's still years away.
Plaster cracks toh kisi bhi construction mein ho sakte hain, yaar. It depends on the quality of materials used and the workmanship. Get a home inspection done after possession.
I have a flat in ATS One Hamlet. Possession was delayed by almost 2 years. But honestly, the quality is good. No major issues so far.
2 years delay! OMG. That's my biggest fear. Which floor are you on, U10?
U10, how was your experience dealing with ATS during the delay? Did they offer any compensation?
ATS Destinaire? Bhai, suno, construction quality is decent *now*, but their past record is mixed. On-time delivery is a BIG question mark. RERA mein complaint registered hai already for some of their projects. Check kar lo before you book.
True that, U1. My friend booked in ATS Greens Village years ago. Still fighting for possession!
U1, RERA complaint number milega toh share karna yaar. Planning to invest myself.
Dekho, EMI vs Rent fit baith raha hai toh that's a good start. But don't just focus on the monthly outflow. Think about maintenance charges, property tax... Noida is expensive, my friend.
