ATS Infrastructure vs. others in Noida - kya scene hai?

Yaar, I'm fed up of renting. 10 saal rent mein waste kar diye! Finally thinking of buying something in Noida. I've been looking at ATS Destinaire. What do you think of their on-time delivery record? Has anyone experienced hidden charges with them at possession, like EDC/IDC? Also, customer support kaisi hai after booking? Mujhe advice chahiye, guys. Which builder is better for resale value, say 5 years down the line?
